Whether you are considering replacing your existing porch, or a new-build, Scanda will individually design a porch, which will add charm and character to your home. We can create a porch in a range of finishes, PVCu, timber and aluminium. Our select team of builders will undertake all groundwork, foundations and brickwork where required.

Our Architectural Department will design and build your new porch from start to finish. Additionally, we will take care of all plastering and electrics.

Our tiled roofs will further enhance your new porch.

Normally, adding a porch to any external door of your house is considered to be permitted development and does not require an application for Planning Permission, provided you meet with building regulations. However, it is always sensible to check with your local authority.
